East Boston Oysters + EBO & Co. Grocery is coming to Suffolk Downs to teach you how to shuck an oyster! Each participant will have a hands-on experience where they will learn the tips and tricks of how to confidently shuck an oyster! You will first receive a lesson and then you will dive into piles and piles of local oysters accompanied by unique + exotic accoutrements (and some of the classics too). You will walk away from this experience with an oyster knife and the empowerment to keep shucking all summer long.

While you're not shucking, head on over to the Beer Mobile for a wine tasting. Enjoy sips of perfectly paired wine to compliment your new summer hobby!

Shucking classes and wine tasking require onsite registration. First come, first served.
