Celebrate Halloween with your four-legged friends at the Doggone Halloween Pet Parade, hosted by the Downtown Boston Alliance on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. in Downtown Crossing. This free, family-friendly event brings dogs and their humans together for an afternoon of costumes, community and Halloween fun at Summer Street Plaza and Washington Street. Visitors can enjoy a dog-themed POOCHAPALOOZA Zone, photo booth, face painting, free treats and more. Costumed dogs will also compete for grand prizes in categories including Best Costume, Cutest Costume, Scariest Costume, Best Dog and Human Duo, and Best Dog and Child Duo. Registration opens October 1.
