Husband-and-wife team Adam and Erica Dunn of Dunn Hospitality on Cape Cod welcome winemaker Guillemette Ferrando of women-founded-and-led Famille Isabel Ferrando winery for an exceptional dinner centered around a variety of wild game at their charming New England restaurant, The Pheasant, in Dennis.
Set in The Pheasant’s beautifully preserved 250-year-old farmhouse, the evening will showcase a welcome pairing, three courses, and dessert, each expertly paired with small production, organically farmed Famille Isabel Ferrando wines including their rare Chateauneuf-du-Pape Blanc, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, and 80 year old vine 100% Grenache “Colombis."
