A Night for the HEADstrong Foundation Benefiting Nick's House Boston

We invite you to join us at a Night For HEADstrong Benefiting Nick's House Boston, an evening dedicated to recognizing groundbreaking achievements and honoring families in the fight against cancer. 

The HEADstrong Foundation offers supports including financial and residential assistance to families affected by cancer around the country. Nicholas "Nick" Colleluori founded the HEADstrong Foundation in 2006 after being diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma while a freshman at Hofstra University on an athletic scholarship. Nick passed away on November 28, 2006. His last wish was that others would benefit from his journey.

The centerpiece of the Foundation's offerings are Nick's Houses, residences in close proximity to world-class cancer centers in the U.S. The Foundation recently opened Nick's House Boston, a two-family home in Brookline designed to meet unique needs of patients, families and caregivers.
 
Nick's House Boston provides critical financial and emotional relief for families facing cancer diagnoses. More than 50,000 people travel over 125 miles one way to Boston for world-class cancer treatment and clinical trials annually, only to be met with a wait exceeding four months for housing and high accommodation costs. Nick's House Boston provides complimentary stays averaging 6-8 weeks. Over a typical 7-week period, each family will be relieved of nearly $16,800 in housing costs. 

A Night For HEADstrong Benefiting Nick's House Boston will feature an uplifting awards presentation and musical entertainment throughout the evening. The support and generosity of attendees will fund the philanthropic efforts of the HEADstrong Foundation and Nick's House, which continues the fight every day in support of improving lives affected by cancer.
