8 June 2008, Sunday Sixth Annual Tufts Medical Center Harbor Walk & Run Time: 10:00am - 1:30pm Location: Carson Beach, South Boston The Sixth Annual Harbor Walk & Run to benefit Tufts Medical Center and its Floating Hospital for Children will take place on Sunday June 8. This is the first year that a 5k Run has been added to the annual six mile walking tradition. The six-mile walk course will travel along the beach, wind its way around historic Fort Independence, out to Castle Island, and back along the beach to Carson Place. This pet friendly walk will help raise money to support the programs and services to people with disabilities throughout the MetroBoston communities and beyond.
