Description: Fromager and maitre d' Louis Risoli will guide you through a selection of melting lovelies - raclette, fontina and Tarentaise. Chefs Frank McClelland and James Hackney do their part by preparing a scrumptious four-course meal built around the aforementioned cheeses and, to top it all off, wine director Erik Johnson will pour appropriately paired wines. To keep things casual, guests are served at large communal tables and encouraged to mingle and learn from each other.

On the last Tuesday of every month, Sel de la Terre’s Chef Louis DiBiccari and beverage connoisseur William Codman will be hosting Cooking Classes. Each class will enable you to design and execute your own dinner party at home. Lessons will be based around a changing theme and class will conclude with a three course “graduation” dinner with beverage pairings.
