Join us for a Tuesday Tasting party with a reception
from 6pm – 8pm including
passed hors d’oeuvres.
This is a sample selection of the hors
d'oeuvres. Food and sampling menu may change and be updated.
Passed Hors d'oeuvres
Corn crepes with Poblano crema ~ A crêpe or
crepe is a type of very thin pancake, usually made from
wheat flour (crêpes de Froment) or buckwheat flour (galettes). We
will be making them out
of corn flour, and filling them with rajas, carrots, and zuccahi
Cancun baked oysters ~ Wellfleet oysters baked with chorizo,
shallot, jalapenos, and garlic
Coconut Shrimp ~ Lightly breaded tail on shrimp breaded in
coconut and bread crumbs
with Spicy mango relish or grilled pineapple guacamole dipping
sauces
Albondigas in Chipotle sauce ~ Albondigas is a Mexican form
of Meatballs
Pork and sweet potato empandas ~ Braised pork shoulder and
mashed sweet potatoes
stuffed inside a corn flour dough
Featured Tequila
BLANCO TEQUILA
True tequila connoisseurs revere this type of tequila. The blue
agave plant is the base ingredient of tequila which Blancos embody
that natural flavors of as well as the flavor of the Mexican soil.
Blanco tequilas are patent by flavors of pepper, spice, flowers, and
herbs.
REPOSADO TEQUILA
Reposado, meaning rested, refers to a tequila that is aged anywhere
from Two months to a year in oak. This is a great choice for those
who do not frequently drink Tequila. Aging the tequila mellows some
of the agave flavors and the sweet oak imparts a smooth finish.
ANEJO TEQUILA
Anejo refers to tequila that is aged for at least one year and up to
three years. These tequilas are characterized by their darker color
and smooth-ness, with smoky, Woody notes and lots of vanilla.

What to
expect:
This is an interactive social event set up reception style
with limited or no seating.
Typically, the reception includes samples of wines/cocktails
along with
3-5 types of hors d'oeuvres that the venue is showcasing. Our goal is
to introduce young professionals 20s, 30s, 40s to new and upscale restaurants.
