Event Setup/Seating/Bars
The Grand Ballroom event is set up as a social reception with limited to no seating to allow for ample room for dancing
Following the dinner at 9:30pm, the seating in the
dinner ballrooms becomes open and available for
everyone to enjoy. FYI, the bars in this room are usually free from traffic, and
these rooms have
great music, video feeds, and dance floors. Cash bar prices are the same as you would find at any
upscale Boston venue with prices ranging from
$5-$7 per beer and $6-$12 for cocktails.

Parking
Valet parking is available at The Westin Boston Waterfront for a cost of $41 for the event,
$31 for the evening, or $31 for self parking for
24 hours. Less expensive evening
parking rates may be found at other lots in the area ($7-$20)
Transportation
The Westin Boston Waterfront is conveniently
located in Boston's Seaport area and is accessible by the
MBTA Silver Line "World Trade Center" stop. Buses leave every 10 minutes from
South Station.
Tickets
Your tickets, if purchased before 12/19, will be mailed to you starting 12/20.
Otherwise, if you purchased your tickets on or after 12/19, we encourage you to pick them up on
Wednesday, December 31st between 2pm and 6pm on the concourse level at the Westin
Boston Waterfront, or they will be waiting for you at the registration table starting at
7:30pm (dinner) or at 8:30pm (reception). If you purchased more than one ticket, your guests' tickets
will be held under your name. All ticket sales are final. No refunds exchanges or credits are available.
Who is Coming?
Young professionals in their 20s, 30s, 40s...mostly small and large groups
of friends looking to have fun and socialize. Our
goal is always an even ratio of
males to females, and, of course, couples are welcome.
Just to clarify, we have many people who attend
solo looking to meet
others and others that come with 2-20 friends or their significant other.
This is a FUN party, and it always attracts a hip crowd.

100% of the volunteers, events prizes and other fundraising activities the night of
will benefit The Ellie Fund, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to fight breast cancer
by easing
