The nice weather is upon us in Boston. Don’t spend your time cooped up in the air conditioning, but get outside and enjoy the summer because sooner or later it will be gone. For your happy hour hangout, stop by one of these restaurants and lounges that offer patio dining. These places offer everything from quiet, quaint patios to picturesque views of the harbor to roof-deck dining with spectacular views of the skyline. Splash Ultra Lounge boasts a luxurious roof-deck adorned with tropical Miami style cabanas and a full bar and menu. These Boston spots offer you everything from Japanese, to seafood, to classic Italian, to exquisite French cuisine.

	606 Congress 606 Congress Street Soak up the sun while dinning on the delicious food at 606 Congress located in the new Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel.

	Ashmont Grill 555 Talbot Avenue Dorchester Ctr, MA Enjoy the ambience at the Ashmont Grill located right in middle of Dorchester. The outdoor patio is lit with powerful heat lamps and a central fire pit, which means patrons can feast on the modern cuisine outside whether day or night.

	B&G Oysters 550 Tremont Street Named Boston’s Seafood in 2007 and 2008 by the Boston Globe, now B&G Oysters has one more thing to make this the perfect spot for feasting on deliciously, fresh seafood.

	Gaslight 109 High St Brigham’s has remained on the top of the list for over 50 years their classically good ice cream. No need to create fancy flavors, Brigham’s sticks with what works.
	Hamersley’s Bistro 18 North Rd., Bedford Not exactly in Boston, but worth the trip if craving creamy, homemade ice cream. This stand has been around for over 60 years and offers over 50 flavors including 3 types of vanillas.
	Bambara Restaurant 290 Newbury Street (between Gloucester St & Hereford St) A small and quirky place, Emack & Bolio’s serves delicious ice cream for the health conscious eater. Many of their flavors are filled with vitamins, antioxidants, quality extracts and ingredients along with being freshly made. Called “An Ice Cream Shop with More Than a Lick of Promise” by the New York Times, Emack & Bolio’s is a must for a hot summer day.
	Bistro du Midi 451 Massachusetts Ave Arlington, MA 02474 The Chilly Cow has quite a reputation for their frozen custard ice cream. You may be asking what is frozen custard, but it is a premium ice cream with more egg and less air than traditional ice cream which leads to a richer, denser and smoother ice cream.
	Blu Restaurant All locations Looking to indulge? Then stop by the Coldstone Creamery and try a decadent dessert like any one of the signature Coldstone creations. Or mix it up and try one of the delicious cakes. With locations all over the country, Coldstone is a must try when all you want to do is relieve your sweet tooth.
