Afro-Latin band Mango Blue, Stan Strickland’s Jazz Dance Band, and ZIAF, a French cabaret rock band who will perform the work of Edith Piaf, will provide musical entertainment throughout the evening. Prizes will be awarded to groups and individuals with the most creative costumes. Mayor Kevin White and Royal Cloyd, who both played critical roles in the founding and development of the Boston Center for the Arts, will be honored. Special recognition will also be given to over fifty artists, arts organizations, community leaders, politicians, and patrons that have made significant contributions to the BCA over the past 35 years.
